Eco-Pro HVAC is a family-owned company serving communities across six counties in Northern California. Our employees live in the same communities we serve, and many are raising families here as well. That connection to our community is an important part of how we approach customer service.
Company CEO Jose Cisneros spent more than 30 years working in the HVAC industry before founding Eco-Pro in 2016. His daughter, Paola Cisneros, began learning the business at a young age and worked her way through several roles within the company, including dispatching and accounting. Today she serves as the company’s president.
Jose continues to support the technical team during busy seasons, helping with installations and providing hands-on training. Paola also remains closely involved in day-to-day operations and occasionally visits job sites to observe repairs and installations firsthand while looking for ways to strengthen customer service.

Eco-Pro offers extended warranties on repairs and installations for customers enrolled in our membership plans. The Eco-Pro Membership Plan includes four tiers: Essential, Advantage, Premium, and Elite. Each plan includes two annual system inspections, filter replacement, and warranty coverage for repairs and installations.
Higher-level plans include additional benefits such as priority service scheduling, discounts on repairs and diagnostic fees, inflation protection, and annual purchase credits. The Elite plan offers lifetime warranty coverage along with the highest level of service benefits.
