Jose Cisneros, the company CEO, spent 30 years working in the HVAC industry before opening Eco-Pro in 2016. His daughter, Paola Cisneros, was at his side, even as a teenager, learning the business and working her way from dispatching to accounting to her current role as Eco-Pro president.
Jose still finds time to help the technicians during peak seasons, with installations, or to lead on-site training. Paola is no stranger to working outside the office in the six-county area Eco-Pro serves. She sometimes goes on “truck runs” to observe a repair job or installation in person and look for ways to strengthen and improve customer service.

Our Eco-Pro Membership Plan has four benefit tiers: Essential, Advantage, Premium, and Elite. Each level includes two annual comprehensive inspections, filter changes, and repair and installation warranties.
