My heat pump relay switch malfunction causing my condenser fan motor to burn out. Eco-Pro was the 2nd contractor my Home Warranty scheduled to answer my service ticket, because the first contractor canceled and I considered myself lucky, because I couldn't ask for a better HVAC contractor than Eco-Pro.
Arturo, the service tech, answered the service ticket within 24hrs after scheduling the appointment with Eco-Pro. Arturo was professional, assessed the issues, and performed the needed repairs. He was thorough in explaining the issues with my heat pump unit. He even went and obtained a new motor saving the frustration of waiting for a part to be ordered and delivered during a cold spell in Sacramento the week my unit breaks down. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

Amazing and professional ulises showed up at the earliest of the time range given and he was professional from minute one. He quickly assessed the situation, asked me to explain the issue I was having with the system and within minutes he was hooked up to the ac unit and trouble shotting. The entire problem was solved and repaired in less than an hour and a half and now my unit is cooling effectively and efficiently and the temperature is exactly what I wanted.

Had a very positive experience with Eco Pro. I set up an appointment for them to come do an HVAC tune up. Manuel Amaya was the technician who came out. He was extremely polite and respectful. Upon opening the system he showed me how in the past 16 years the unit had never been cleaned. Furthermore, he showed a further issue with the HVAC system that needed to be addressed first before the cleaning was done. This was after I already agreed to the cleaning. Manuel told me how the cleaning wouldn’t do any good if the other issue wasn’t taken care. I appreciate his honesty and how he was looking out for my best interest and didn’t just want to take my money. Manuel did not pressure me into making a decision but clearly and objectively laid out the problems. I need to arrange my finances but then will call to schedule an appointment and to specifically have Manuel come back out. I would highly recommend Eco Pro and would specifically ask for Manuel Amaya.

Some of the Condenser coils was on my new unit had some damage coming from the manufacturer I wasn't happy about this as I've been without AC since April. And it's been a frustrating process dealing with the Home Warranty Co. I contact Eco Pro and they sent the Manager Jose out. He was really nice and gave me a 5% discount which was really nice of them to do. I will be requesting there services everytime when using the Home Warranty Co for any of my HVAC needs.
