Tune-Up Schedule and Filter Replacement
Tune ups are done twice per year for Premium and Standard members, before winter and before summer. For Basic memberships, tune-ups can be done either before winter or summer.
Basic filter replacement is included in each tune up for Standard and Basic memberships. For Premium memberships, there’s no limitation on the type of filter.
Equipment cleaning is determined after the inspection of one of our technicians, inspection is included. These tune-ups are included and are designed to help prevent future problems of the system. If a problem is found during the tune up, the customer will be given options to repair the system at an additional cost (when applicable).
Warranty on Repair
Once a member accepts a bid for any service, they get warranty on that repair and/or installation. Warranty applies to both services and installations while membership is active.
Warranty only applies to work done by Eco Pro. If another contractor, or the Homeowner, works on the system, it will be considered tampering and will void the lifetime warranty.
Service Fee Deduction
Eco Pro's normal service fee is $75, members get a discounted service fee according to their membership!
If Eco Pro goes back out to home after the first visit and finds that the same issue is occurring due to the same mechanical failure, the service fee will not be charged again. If the issue is unrelated to the initial problem, there will be a new estimate and service fee (when applicable).
Discount applies to parts, not labor
Filter replacement Up to $8 in value
State of Equipment
There are no age restrictions on equipment, however, if the technician considers a system is unfit to perform adequate and suggests having it replaced, the benefits on repairs go one level down.
Platinum: 20% off repairs Gold: 15% off repairs Silver: no discount on repairs
In this case, the already paid premium will be adjusted and put into the budget for the following month(s) until the equipment is replaced. After the equipment is replaced, the previous membership can be reinstated.
The memberships are valid for only one system in one location. When having multiple systems in one same location, a separate membership for each system needs to be purchased in order to have coverage. We offer a 20% discount on each membership when you purchase two or more for one same location.
A 1-year minimum contract is required in order to purchase a membership Priority scheduling is applicable during business days only (closed on Sundays). Memberships are not transferable. Memberships cannot be combined with other discounts. Repairs have a limit. Does not apply to dirty coils. Compressor not covered if it’s determined that there’s airflow restriction Mismatched systems voids the membership. We cover up to 2 tons of refrigerant
There will be a 3-month period to reinstate membership in case of payment failure. If no payment is received within the 3-month time frame the membership will deactivate. After a membership becomes inactive all benefits will no longer be available. If the Homeowner chooses to renew their membership after a 3-month period, benefits will restart.
After the third reinstatement of membership, payment failure will result in automatic membership cancellation. Three-month reinstatement period will be available only three times throughout the active membership term.
3-year free basic membership for new full systems we install.
